At the beginning of this year's Donation Campaign, the Mighty Mo revealed its unique challenge coin which was minted from the 2nd and 3rd generation teakwood deaks of the ship.

My wife, Cathy, and I have each received one of these coins by virtue of our annual donation to the Memorial Association, Our new coins now occupy a special place in our displays of VIP challenge coins.

Anyone wishing to obtain one of these uniquely different coins can visit www.ussmissouri.org/brooksoutland and learn how to get yours. There is a Challenge Coin Brochure link at the left side of my Missouri personal page which will take you to the info about this coin.

It won't be long before this coin will be on top of the "want list" of serious challenge coin collectors. Helping in the preservation of this National Treasure is something to have pride in; receiving a teakwoood Mighty Mo Challenge Coin is simply frosting on the cake.
